VACANT HOME STAGING PRICING
We believe in working smart and that things do not need to be difficult in order to make sense.
Therefore, we've created staging packages that we think should work in any home. But, if the inclusions in these packages aren't exactly what you're looking for, you want more staging beyond what these packages offer or you have a luxury home we can always create a customized quote for you. You can also add on spaces using our "Add On Spaces" listed below the staging packages or create your own custom staging package with our "Stage It Your Way" plan.
All packages include professional inventory selection, delivery & setup, removal and *up to 60 days of inventory rental.
After 60 days contracts automatically carry over into a rental period. The rental fee is 40% of the initial staging fee and will be billed to a credit card on file on the last day of each month. *For any partial months, the rental fee will be broken into a daily rate and will be pro-rated. There are no refunds for homes that are staged less than 60 days.

Our Service area is a 25 mile radius from our warehouse in Beaverton, Oregon. We will travel outside of that radius with a trip fee of $2.00 per mile (round trip)

Standard Pricing applies to homes listed up to $1,500,000.00. All Other Homes will be custom quoted and priced differently.
