At Home Staging Northwest, we transform homes into beautiful, market-ready spaces that help sellers make a great first impression.

​

We're looking for a dependable, hands-on person to join our logistics team. This is an active role where you'll help move, deliver and set up the furniture and decor that brings our staging project to life. If you're someone who enjoys working with your hands, staying active, working as a part of a team and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, we'd love to meet you!

No previous staging experience? That's okay! We'll train the right person!

What You'll Do

​​

  • Load and unload staging furniture, artwork and accessories from company vehicles.

  • Safely transport furniture and decor to and from residential properties.

  • Work alongside the Logistics Coordinator and Staging Project Manager to place furniture and accessories according to the staging plan.

  • Help transform rooms from empty spaces into beautiful, market-ready homes.

  • Carefully handle furniture and decor to protect both our inventory and our clients' homes.

  • Inspect furniture and accessories for damage before and after each project.

  • Keep our warehouse, trucks and inventory organized.

  • Assist with basic inventory tracking and organization.

  • Represent Home Staging Northwest professionally when working in clients' homes and interacting with homeowners, real estate agents and industry professionals.

  • Follow company safety procedures and communicate with the team when something needs extra care or attention.

  • Pitch in wherever needed to help the team complete each staging project successfully.

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience. We can teach you the staging and logistics side of the job. We're looking for someone who is:

  • Dependable and punctual

  • Positive and team-oriented

  • Comfortable working with their hands and staying active

  • Careful when handling furniture and working in clients' homes

  • Able to follow directions and staging plans

  • Comfortable adapting when plans change

  • Professional and respectful

  • Willing to learn

  • Proud of doing quality work

Previous experience in moving, delivery, warehouse work, construction, landscaping, hospitality or another hands-on role is helpful, but not required.

​

Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on position requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling. Work takes place in residential settings and may include stairs, tight spaces and loading/unloading company vehicles. Employees will occasionally need to move furniture and other items with assistance from teammates or appropriate moving equipment. Specific lifting requirement will be discussed during the hiring process.
 

Driving

A valid Oregon driver's license and acceptable driving record are required for employees assigned to operate company vehicles.

Compensation & Benefits

 

  • $21-$25 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

Our staging schedule can vary from day to day, so flexibility is important. Typical workdays are Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm. Hours vary depending on schedule. Occasional early mornings or late evening hours may need to be accommodated.
