Job Summary:
We are seeking talented and detail-oriented Home Stagers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for transforming spaces, and the ability to craft unique, appealing environments that resonate with prospective buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Meet with homeowners and real estate agents to understand the property’s potential and staging needs.

Design & Execution: Develop and implement creative staging concepts that enhance a home’s visual appeal.

Sourcing & Procurement: Identify, source, and select furniture, accessories, and decor items that complement the property’s style.

Project Coordination: Work closely with clients & team members to ensure the property is staged to perfection.

Budget Management: Manage staging budgets and maintain an organized inventory of staging assets.

Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest home design and staging trends to continuously elevate your creative approach.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in home staging, interior design, or a related field.

Strong sense of style, color coordination, and spatial planning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Certification in interior design or related credentials is a plus.
