Job Summary: The mover plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe transport, placement, and setup of staging furniture and accessories in residential properties. This role involves working closely with our staging project managers to execute staging plans that enhance the appeal of homes for sale.
Key Responsibilities:

Furniture and Accessory Handling: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and transport staging furniture, artwork, and accessories to and from properties.

Setup and Placement: Collaborate with the staging team to arrange furniture and decor items according to the design plan, ensuring optimal visual appeal.

Inventory Management: Assist with the inventory tracking of staging items, including checking for damage and maintaining organized storage.

Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience throughout the staging process.

Quality Control: Inspect items for damage before and after staging to ensure they meet company standards and handle repairs or replacements as needed.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols during the moving and setup process to prevent injuries and protect property.
Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in moving, logistics, or a related field preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, move, and arrange heavy furniture and items safely.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality and precision in the arrangement and setup of staging items.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and adapt to changing needs during the staging process.

Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record will be required if driving company vehicles.
